		<description>I still remember that sore throat from having the surgery as a 10 year old.  It will be great for the kids to be free of the problems.  They may have &#039;issues&#039; with your decision to allow them to have this remarkable experience, now that they know how it feels.  The good news is that they are almost impossible to understand for the first day, and talking hurts too much anyhow.  I would predict crabby.  John&lt;br /&gt;

PS Spicy tacos is probably not their number one choice for dinner tonight.  John</description>
